Our Home Inspection Curriculum consists of individual learning modules with final exams. All modules must be completed within 180 days from the date of enrollment, including the all final examinations. If you are taking the CD-ROM version of the Home Inspection Curriculum, you will install the curriculum modules on your computer. The modules and student data will be saved on your computer's hard drive until you choose to delete it. If you are taking an online course, all student data is saved on our servers and you will have access to the entire curriculum for 180 days after completion of the last module for review purposes. Please contact our school administrator if you have any questions in regards to access to the curriculum modules after you have successfully completed all the modules. |
| |
| If you are unable to complete the curriculum within the established amount of time (180 days from the date of enrollment), then you may purchase extensions in increments of 60 days. These 60 day extensions are affective from the course expiration date. You can contact Career WebSchool at 1-800-532-7649 to request an extension. |

To complete the home inspection curriculum and receive credit, you must successfully complete all of the lessons in each individual module. For each individual module, you must complete the following steps:
- Complete ALL lessons in each module and pass the online final exam for that module if one is required.
- Complete an online module evaluation and then print, sign and fax the "Student Affidavit" to Career WebSchool. Access to the online evaluation and student affidavit form can be found under the “Course Completion Instruction” tab. (This document is only accessible once you have completed all lessons for the module that you are working in).
|
| |
| All students participating in our distance learning must complete an affidavit certifying compliance with the curriculum requirements. The "Student Affidavit" can be accessed on the Course Completion Instruction Page once a student has completed all the module lessons. This statement must be Signed, Dated, and Returned to Career WebSchool before any student can receive credit for a distance learning module. This statement certifies that each student has personally completed each module of instruction. |
| |
Each module requires an examination upon completion of all the lessons within that module. You may access your exam online, whether you are taking the online or the CD-ROM format. (To find more information regarding taking your online exam, click under the Instruction tab of your course home page or the Course Completion Instruction Tab.) You must pass the exam with a score of 75% or better. If you do not pass the exam, you will be allowed multiple retakes but, you must wait a minimum of 24 hours between each attempt.
